Justin Tuchman

Justin embarked on his professional journey out of college spending the first four years of his career working alongside a prominent elected official in New York City. It was during this time that he discovered his true calling in sales, leading him to a significant turning point in his career. Acknowledging his natural talent and dedication, Justin was recruited by Todd Hershman, Co-Founder and President of CIS, to join the team, marking the start of an extraordinary tenure.

Over the past 20 years at CIS, Justin has consistently achieved exceptional results, quickly ascending to the position of Vice President of Sales. His remarkable leadership and ability to generate revenue have been pivotal in driving the company's success. Justin is known for his exceptional skill in developing trusted, long-term relationships with clients, a quality that has enabled him to successfully engage with a diverse clientele across more than 20 states.

In October 2024, Justin’s commitment to excellence culminated with him becoming the Owner and CEO of CIS, a role through which he continues to shape the company’s vision and strategic direction.

Justin holds a degree in Political Science from SUNY New Paltz, a foundation that has shaped his analytical approach to business and leadership.

Beyond his professional achievements, Justin is an avid traveler. He enjoys exploring new cultures and destinations, both for personal enrichment and business development, with journeys that have taken him on multiple trips to Israel, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and various countries across Europe and South America. In his personal life, Justin resides in Plano, Texas, with his wife and their six children. He values spending quality time with his family, along with pursuing hobbies like riding bikes with his kids, working out, playing sports and reading biographies, which further enrich his life experiences.
